Masks are now mandatory for all Masses at St. Matthew (State Law as of 1 Aug 2020 until 28 Sept 2020). Those who plan on attending Mass on Saturday evening or Sunday, please bring your own mask if you have one. You can bring your own personal hand sanitizer, if you feel the need to. Masks and hand sanitizer will also be available at the entrances to church.
Daily Mass at 8am Mon-Sat. Attendance is limited to 25% (120 people for our church). Those not from the same household still need to maintain 6-feet distance in church. The wearing of masks is required in church. The pews also will be sanitized after each Mass. Individuals may remove face covering in the following situations: While a single speaker is giving a religious presentation, the single speaker may remove the face covering while actively speaking. While the face covering is removed, the speaker must remain at least 6 feet away from all other individuals at all times.
Fr. Juan Pedro Roblez Balthasar is the new associate pastor here at St. Matt's. Fr. Juan Pedro and Fr. Peter were ordained in the same ordination class back in 2017.
